ADDING TRACKS TO YOUR RECORD BAG:
When you have found a track you want to buy, click the "add to bag" button next to it. The Record Bag window will open and the item will have been added to your Record Bag. You can remove the item later if you decide not to buy it by selecting the box to the left of the (un)desired track.. You can now continue to add items to your Record Bag or proceed to checkout to complete your order.
VIEWING YOUR RECORD BAG:
You can view the tracks in your Record Bag at any time by clicking "Record Bag" in the task bar. Your Record Bag will contain all the tracks that you have chosen by clicking on the "Record Bag" icon.
CHECKING OUT YOUR ORDER:
When you are ready to purchase your tracks, checkout your order by clicking "checkout". You will need to login using your The Electric-Underground.com username and password (If this is the first time you have placed an order, follow instructions on how to set up your account). To complete your order simply follow the instructions on screen.
PAYING FOR DOWNLOADS:
We accept the following credit and debit cards:
Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Solo, Switch.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying by debit card you will be charged an extra 50 pence per transaction NOT per track.

E-COMMERCE SECURITY:
Once you enter the payment section of the site you are entering a secure area. The site uses a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with 128 bit MD5 encryption. This is the industry standard for encrypting e-commerce transactions. The reason that your web browser may not show that the page is secure is because the site uses something called a "frameset". This means that the top part of the page is a separate file to the bottom part of the page. The result of this is that some browsers do not notice that you are visiting other pages other than the starting page - you can see this in the browser address bar. If the address is http://www.The Electric-Underground.com and does not change at all no matter what page you go to within The Electric Underground site then your browser believes that you are solely on The Electric-Underground.com start page. As a result when you go to the payment area of the site although the page you are on is encrypted and secure your web browser does not see this.
If you are still worried about the page being unsecured then you can move out of the sites frameset by opening a link within the site in a new browser window or tab (right-click on the "view basket" link and select "open in new window" or middle-click on the link). Now when you go to the payment area you will see that it is indeed secure and encrypted.
SAVING YOUR DOWNLOADS!!
Once you have paid for your downloads and your order has been successfully processed you will be taken to the "Checkout Success" page where you can then download your purchases. PLEASE NOTE to successfully download the tracks you will need to do the following:
Windows:
Right click on the downloads button and select the "save target as" option.
Macintosh:
Press Alt whilst clicking on the downloads button.
